President’s Letter February 20, 2012

February 20, 2012
Letter from Dallas Haun,

At Nevada State Bank, we are committed to delivering the best products and services as conveniently as possible.  To keep pace with our clients’ busy lives, we have invested millions of dollars in technology to expand our online banking services. Now, both our consumer and business clients can replace paper statements and notices with electronic eStatements and eNotices, they can receive notification by e-mail or text message in near real-time when certain usages of debit-card or credit-card accounts occur, and they can view and pay their bills online.

Some additional online services for our non-business clients are:

  • Mobile Banking.  Most of the popular functions of Online Banking are available to you on your mobile device.
  • Online application for consumer accounts, credit card, and loans.  View information about our accounts, credit cards, and loan products, select those that best suit your needs, and submit an application, all from the comfort of your home or office. A bank representative will contact you to complete the process.

Business online banking features include:

  • Employee Direct Deposit. Transfer paychecks directly to employees’ accounts, make one-time payments for reimbursements, or schedule recurring payments—easily and safely.
  • Integration with your own accounting software. If you use QuickBooks®, our Business PC Banking service can integrate our Business Online Banking system with your software.

Complete lists of online services are available from our home page, http://www.nsbank.com/, by clicking on “Online Banking” under “Personal” or “Online Business Services” under “Business.”

For those times when a client would prefer an in-person conversation with a banker, we remain as available as ever. Over the 52 years that we have been serving the Nevada community, the tools available to us have changed radically, but our dedication to building a face-to-face relationship with each client remains the same.  We look forward to meeting you and learning how we can serve your individual needs in any of our 53 branches throughout the state.

Best Regards,

Dallas Haun
